Exchange Policy

Goods must be returned unworn and undamaged. You can post your item back to us and a refund will be issued upon receiving the item, shipping costs are exempt from this. Any item received after the 14 day period will be returned back to the sender with no refund made. 

Refunds can take up to 14 WORKING days to be processed.  

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?

You can return through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one that can give you a 'Certificate of Posting' because unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for the parcel until it reaches us.

If you choose to send with Royal Mail we recommend all items are sent recorded delivery, if you have sent your item recorded delivery you will be given a slip with a tracking number e.g. DH 1234 5678 9GB if you enter this on the Royal Mail website you will be able to see if the item has been delivered to us and who has signed for the item. Once your order has been refunded you will receive a confirmation email.

A confirmation email will be sent once the item has been thoroughly checked and refunded.

Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
